There was a total of 51 homes sold gorge wide in the month of September 2008.

From this data it appears that Klickitat County sales are climbing slightly.  Hood River County sales volume has been remaining fairly consistently so far this year. Wasco County sales have been declining slightly. Skamania County has had the lowest sales overall.
