That is certainly good news! Investments are certainly out there to be found and I am glad that you are in a position to sell them before they are coming out of the ground.

John I own an office in MS - so many people are trying to sell crap in the Gozone and they are not investments.....where are your properties and what are the prices?  Everyone should be careful in the Gozone....there are some great deals but there are also many scams (like south florida in 2005) - so check everything out and do your own due diligence....
