US housing prices still falling Well the information that has been coming in, has not been great.  Home values fell again, but it seems as if the market is nearing its bottom.  The amount of the fall has been decreasing, and it seems as if prices are starting to stay near where they are.  How long this trend continues is yet to be seen.  It would seem with home prices continuing to fall, vacation or investment homes would become more attractive to buyers as their prices fall and rents are staying the same.  Outer Banks and US housing decline   Posted by Kevin O'Brien on 10/01/2008 08:34 AM   Comments (0)   us housing market, us housing decline   0 Comments on US housing prices still falling Notify me of new comments: Email: What does the graphic say?
