I mentioned this is a comment on Julie Ferenzi's blog here

Then it occurred to me that it might be useful enough information to share with everyone.  I know a lot of folks are looking at ways to create additional income streams right now.

One agent I know obtained a Fiduciary license .... to legally act as a conservator for the financial and/or personal affairs of individuals deemed by the court to be physically or mentally incapacitated.

(This is the California Association, you'd need to Google for an association in your state)

The interesting tie-in is that there are often real estate assets that need to be handled as part of an incapacitated person's estate.

Might be something to consider if you are looking for a second career.

This is the second time in a week I've had someone mention being a fiduciary to me... perhaps it's worth the time to check out. You may be onto something BIG Cheryl.

Caution: CAT BLOG AHEAD

Including random thoughts on life, art, business, stuff, and occasionally Real Estate.

What is a CAT BLOG?

According to Seth Godin: "Cat blogs are for, by, and about the person blogging. A cat blog is about your cat and your dating travails and your boss and whatever else you feel like sharing in your public diary." Well, I am the boss, my dating years are behind me, but I do love my cats.

Enjoy!
