Impress your Sellers with An Easy to Make Video!

Today I found a great new site that I'll be using for my listings!

Animoto creates one of a kind videos for your pictures. You simply upload your pictures (About 12 for a 30 second short video), Pick a song out of a wide variety of available music (from classical to jazz to indie rock to pop) or upload your own, then it customizes your video for you.

No two videos are alike! Animoto analyzes your pictures and music to create a one of a kind video!

Animoto says it's like a "movie trailer for your pictures".

As I found this site today I'm not sure of all the restrictions but it says you can "use it to show off whatever you want". You are also allowed to post to your website/blog, export to YouTube, Email it, view on your iphone, and so much more!!!

This is a great tool to use with the sellers, give this to them at closing so they will always remember their home.

I had a little trouble loading the video. I do like the fact that it is on Youtube. Reminds me of the type of option that Real Estate Show provides except you have embedded code that is proprietary to them whereas this uses Youtube. Thanks for sharing this info.

I've been using Animoto for over a year now. I love it. I've only used it for personal photos though, not business. I especially like the full length videos which have unlimited photos. It creates a really impressive end result.
