US, THE PEOPLE, HAVING TO EMAIL AN ADDRESS IS SLOWING THE PROCESS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CONTACT YOU QUICK ENOUGH. I KNOW THEY HAVE ALOT TO CHECK BUT IT STILL SHOULDN'T TAKE ONE OR TWO MONTHS TO CHECK THE ADDRESS OR TO CONTACT US.

I found my dream home that is $59.000.00. But I see you only give 50k grant. So if I was able to recieve this grant, will be able to make my downpayment and pay the rest within 2 years since I am a bartender now. If there are futher information needed on my part, please let me know. Thank you for your time.
