Eagle Harbor is located on the north side of Fleming Island. East West Partners Inc. originally thought up this complex 3,000 acre community in 1986 and the first property was not sold till 1994.

Eagle Harbor is 10-15 minutes from the Orange Park Mall, 25-30 minutes from downtown Jacksonville, 30-40 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, And around 30-40 minutes from Jacksonville Beach. Over the past few years Clay County Shools had some of the best rated schools in Florida.
