I like my qualifier and excel!

I'm not a big fan of ads on my site, but I like to advertise my site if that makes sense. Someone wanted one for their site so I was just offering, that's all.

I like your calculator but in our area our taxes are so high that is we don't add the taxes and insurance it makes a HUGE difference.
