There are 92 homes in escrow. This consists of 66 Single Family Residences and 26 Condos.

So far this month 1 home has closed escrow. This consists of 0 Single Family Residences and 1 Condo.

Since our last post, 7 homes were listed, 2 went in to escrow, 4 closed escrow, 4 were taken off the market, 4 were put back on the market and 1 was put on hold.

Median Sold Price in October is $595,000.

Average Sold Price in October is $595,000.
