It is hard enough to convince home owners that they need to stage their homes for a faster and more profitable sale.... how about convincing some of the following property owners to stage.....

A Barn in Bryn Mawr, PA Montgomery County

A Church in Manyunk, Philadelphia County PA

A Stripper Pole in West Chester, Chester County PA- this home sold in days for $30,000 over asking!

Did you add the stripper pole or was it already there? LOL No wonder it sold for $30,000 over asking price!!

Very funny! The pole was there and not coming down so I decided to make the room into a lounge since there was a bar there too- can you believe that the renters that lived there used it as a bedroom?!! It was definitely one of the more interesting staging jobs I have done. I wanted to add stilettos and a boa but did not have the guts to do it. KH

That stripper pole is pretty wild, what were the buyers like that bought the place?? I cannot believe that, that is too funny. And we get concerned when they have ugly carpets they won't remove.
