There were 55 home sales that closed in September
The average list price was $101,664
The highest list price was $274,900 & the lowest was $15,750
The average sale price of those 55 transactions was $97,452
The average total days on the market was 175

Of those 55 closed transactions, 21 were bank owned and 1 was canal front with lake views

There were 6 condos that closed in September
The average list price was $107,067
The highest list price was $258,000 & the lowest was $39,900
The average sale price was $97,000
The average total days on the market was 362
