Just checked out the site after reading this post. I'm not intending to be a naysayer, but.... I don't exactly see how this is "THE" site for rentals. A quick search of Raleigh, NC turned up ZERO properties (apartments, condos, homes). A search of Austin, TX turned up only 40 apartments, and ZERO condos and homes. Charlotte, NC: 17 apartments, 1 condo, and 8 homes. Atlanta, GA: 17 apartments, 1 condo, ZERO homes. These aren't exactly the kind of numbers that would "sell" me if I was looking to rent. Is this a brand new, up and coming site? The blogger seems to be affliated with this rental site, so my 2 cents would be that it needs a LOT of work before I'd call it "THE" site for finding rentals. Also, the Contact Us page needs work too, as it has some jibberish on it.

Yes it is a brand new site but very geo targeted and will be THE site for rentals. I definitely appreciation your feedback but everyone had to crawl before they walk :)
