Hello and Thank you for visiting my Vlog (Video Blog)
If you are a Future Buyer, I hope you are viewing this video before you have made an offer and actually before you have begain your search for a home in the Lehigh Valley Area of Pennsylvania.
This was the best way I could explain this important piece of purchasing your next home. You are going to be reviewing what things you should be thinking about and How you should decide what first steps to take BEFORE you make your offer.
The reason for this explaination is because there are out of pocket costs to you as the Buyer during the execution of your agreement....so, depending on the situation...The steps you take after your offer is accepted by the seller can cost you more money than is necessary if it is not managed correctly.
I do not run with the crowd....I do things the way it will best benefit my client...It is not the easy way out...It actually takes more management and work on my end...But, TO ME, it is the right way and I have had many people in the Real Estate Business challenge me on it....but, I really do not care what others in my industry say, they are not my client and THEY are not spending the money, MY CLIENT IS. I have run my business this way since I started in Real Estate, as to me....it is common sense. But, to other's it is NOT How everyone else does it.
SO, you decide if this makes sense to you and if you have questions...please post a comment or email me direct.
I hope this information has been helpful in the purchase of your next home.

I like the idea of a video, but I had a problem with the download. Did you make it stream, or download? I'm new at this video thing and would like to know. Also I might not be the only one with this problem. I have cable. Nice job, good luck to you.
Hello Kenneth, You had a problem with clicking on the Arrow in the YouTube video? I am clueless to this Video Stuff too! There is so much involved. All I did was upload it to YouTube and then copy the embed code to the HTML area in my Blog. I have not clue how any of the rest works yet.
I am not a webmaster or video pro...I will admit that! But, I am learning one step at a time...I am confused that you had problems with the YouTube video.????
I do not know what I can even do to help you or improve my video's at this point. I am having a problem with the clarity I lost once it went to YouTube...and I am trying to learn the best way to do this...but, for now, It is better than no video...My video site is www.MyHomeHunter.TV this is where I produce my video's.
