Prices for condos and townhomes have been slowly declining on the Palos Verdes Peninsula as can be seen on the following graph:
Condos and Townhomes have been taking a little longer than 2 months to sell on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and have recently sold at about 94% of asking price.
There are currently only 43 condos and townhomes for sale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, over a 20% reduction in supply compared to a year ago, and because of this limited supply, the number of months of inventory is relatively low.
I believe that now is a particularly good time to buy a condo or townhome as we head into the holiday season where sellers become increasingly anxious to sell their homes.
