Well, thank you so much to my Keller Williams and Active Rain buddy Mark Hall for throwing passing the Friendship Ball at to me! It's really quite squishy and spongy, so it didn't hurt much.

I adored Mark's description of The Friendship Ball being like a beach ball at a concert, being either volleyed around or run from. Since I can't use that analogy ......

To me, The Friendship Ball is a "Crystal Ball" that shows each of us that no matter what happens in the future we are loved by our family and friends, by our awesome Creator and hopefully by ourselves. My wish would be that we all move forward in this life with grace and gratitude.

Friendship Ball

I hope to start a new tradition of writing our names in The Friendship Ball before passing it on!

Sweet, sweet Sharon! You are absolutely beautiful (inside and out) and gracious! It is such an honor to be your friend and sister.

I read Mark's post earlier, and I laughed at his description. I actually commented that perhaps we need to pass around the hand sanitizer (remember his reference to smuggling the ball in his underwear?) with the ball. It hit my funny bone when he said that.

Changing the subject, you could not have possibly known what an incredibly difficult week I've had. Today...I just really needed a hug. In fact, I was contemplating writing a post asking for a hug. Look what you did! Before I could even ask...you sent one my way.

Te adoro, mi amiga!! Que Dios te bendiga! (I adore you! May God bless you, my friend!)

P.S. I like the idea to write your name on the ball. I'm gonna do it too!

Predicting the possibility that it could be coming my way (keeping the straight face here) ... I wrote mine in advance: http://activerain.com/blogsview/697444/Friendship-Ball-Keeps-Rolling.

Hi Sharon,

I just read a comment you made on Robert Swetz's post about loving animals and wanting to work with them.  I am an animal lover too so I thought I would stop by and check your blog out.  I now realize I have commented on several of your posts without knowing they were all you.

I subscribed to your blog and look forward to chatting with you in future posts.

Wow Sharon, I'm honored to be in this company!  I don't believe I've run into Chuck before, but I'll definitely check out his blog now.  I know you and Elizabeth and you are both loving, wonderful people.  I'll do my best to keep the friendship ball flying around the Rain!
