Seattle Home Buyer AdviceWhen you are considering buying a home visit the home at different times of the week and at different times of day.  During any one visit you may not notice that there is no sunlight in the backyard or that there is significantly more road noise during rush hour.  A bedroom my get significant morning light which can effect heat and the ability to sleep late.  The more different perspectives you get on a home, the more informed your choice will be.

Happy Hunting.

This is such a great buyer tip Rob.  Depending on the type of property - there can be some significant differences at varying times of the day.  Notice parking overflow, lighting, and noise.

I laughed at my husband when he suggested we go by 2 condo options on our very first purchase decision years ago.  When we saw the parking in the two different locations, it made my decision.  I've never forgotten that and know that it's important to buyers that are considering a purchase.
