It's time for the Mid States RE/MAX conventions and this coming week I am joining a panel at Lake of the Ozarks and Kansas City Missouri to talk about the RE/MAX website and the new technology.
The past few months have been super busy for me and I have had little time here in Active Rain. Needless to say, I have missed out on many great posts about new technology and great tips I look forward to reading.
Some of the questions being asked on the panel is how quickly we respond to our leads. By responding within the first 15 minutes of a generated lead, we have captured the attention of many consumers that assumed they would never hear from a realtor. Consumers want immediate response to their inquiries (I'm guilty of that). Converting those leads become much easier when the consumer knows they generated the conversation.
If you have any new technology that you would like introduced to the convention, let me know. On October 6 we will be at Lake of the Ozarks........October 7 in Oklahoma City...........October 8 in Little Rock Arkansas..........October 9 in Kansas City.
