I don't normally comment on listings, but I love that balcony. It would make a perfect garden, especially if it's right off of the master bedroom, which I suspect it is. I can see some morning glories on both sides, some hanging planters with seasonal flowers.... I better quit before I head up there and buy a house that I don't need. LOL
