Do You Smile-box?

I do! Every time I meet someone new, learn somthing new or want to share something with my friends and customers. I blogged about this before, breifly, but just wanted to share directly with everyone exactly what Smilebox is.

Smilebox is a FREE download from Hallmark. You only pay for it if you want to be able to print it out for your own brochures. ($39.99 unlimited for 1 year, or $4.99 if billed monthly) Otherwise it is COMPLETELY FREE to use, change, email, blog, whatever; as long as you don't mind a 5 second snippet of an "ad".

There are literally hundreds of different format options and is a great marketing tool for anything that you need to promote to the public, potential customers, clients, media: it's only limited by your imagination!

I've tried using Smilebox and for some reason it doesn't work for me. I wish I could get it to work because it is a great marketing tool for us, its easy to use and so inexpensive too! I'm going to try their support team one more time - I have to make a halloween one too. It's my favorite time of year. I'll put mine up when it's done. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for posting this! I really like your smile box. I need to send something to a new group of agents we have been in touch with and I think this will be perfect. I can't wait to "play" this weekend with a lot of new ideas.

WOW - thank you everyone for your kind thoughts and comments! I'm always looking for new and FREE ways to market my company and I have found this to be one of the best.

A few more tips: You can do slide shows, scrap books, post cards, announcements, holiday cards, brochures with lots of information (this example was purely pictorial)... and the best thing is that they DON'T go into your receivers bulk or spam email folders. You can also download your email database directly from your computer.

Thank you as well, Kathy ~ In this program you have the option of (3) different music selections offered in the free version (the options change with each format). But if you upgrade, the music or sound effect selections are vast.

I have seen these and it would be a great way to get my 1,000's of befores & afters that I haven't even downloaded off my camera on something. I'm so behind in that dept. Is it too techie, or can an avg. Joe figure it out?

Connie, this is my first comment. I've been on the sidelines looking in. I just did a realtor walk-thru with our agent. This is a perfect tool for following up with all the realtor cards we received. Thanks! Phew... I jumped in, and the water feels fine.
