Cheese

In these more challenging times in the housing market, we have to work harder to stay upbeat and positive.

I like to read sales and marketing books to stay motivated and get new ideas.

I ran across a great little book named, Who Moved My Cheese?

It's a quick read and I would highly recommend it as an instant "attitude adjustment."

Life is what you make of it!

Happy selling!

I only take one day off during the week and even then I take calls and check email. Full commission means full time :-) I need to figure out a way to get more balance.

Lara,

I have read this book (long ago) but every agent who hasn't read it needs to read it now.

Tanya - I think you will enjoy it. It's all about a positive outlook to change.

Janna - You said it, change happens. It's a great little pick me up book.

Cathy Lee - I think I'm going to take my own advice and read it again too.

Kristin - I hope you enjoy it. The main characters are really cute and funny.

Lara, Thank Heaven they were not dealing the cheese!  It is important to remember to stay positive even when the chees is stinky.

Hi Lara

Who Moved My Cheese is an excellent book. It totally relates to our market today, the real estate professionals have to look for business in new places.

Good luck and success

Lara:  I am wondering if the same person who moved your cheese... also moved mine.  I have looked everywhere... but I guess I have yet to hit just the right place.

Speaking of "stinking" cheese... I guess one could either say that all cheese stinks... it's just that some cheese stinks more than others... OR... all cheese is wonderful... but some cheese is more wonderful than others.

Both of these statements say exactly the same thing... they just say it from opposite sides of the "attitudinal world."  Stay positive, Ms Lara.

Thanks Lou. Good luck and success to you too!

Karen Anne, an excellent point! It's all in how you look at things. Glass half empty or half full? Some days are easier to be positive than others, but I'm holding on tight to my rose colored glasses!
