Hyde Park presently has about 135 properties listed for sale.  During the month of September there were only 5 sales a drop from the previous month which had 13 sales.  Most of the homes on the market falls between the 100's-400's range so there are many buying opportunities.

With such high inventory level I will give Hyde Park sellers the same advice I have given to other sellers, price right, stage and most of all provide access.

The existing properties ranged from $ 9000- $ 3,200,000

Jennifer, I love all the trees in your area. Wow, September was a skimpy month for sales. You give excellent, straightforward advice to all your Sellers. People just cannot go wrong when they hire Jennifer Fivelsdal. Hope things pick up for the area.

Jennifer - The fact that there were only 5 homes that sold in September in Hyde Park should be of great concern to sellers.

Gary - The variety of trees is one of the things I like about this area, the fall colors will bring out the contrast.  Yes September was a Skimpy month for sales in Hyde Park.

Carol - With such a high inventory sellers should be concern about the sale/list ratio.

Jennifer, Wow that's a hugh spread from $9,000 to 3.2 million.  I assume that $9000 must be for raw land.

Marchel - The $9000 was a 600 sq. ft. mobile home.

Teri - So much history you should visit this area soon.

Pat - I don't think the $9000 would buy the parking spot on FDR estate, it was the price of a small mobile home.

Joan - I wish I knew,  I am hoping people will think of real estate as more attractive than Wall Street....lol

Monika - I am hopeful also.
