The annual "Super Sunday" event in Media is rapidly approaching.

April 22, 2007 will see a plethora of vendors on State Street in Media as well as around Veteran's Square.

This open air shopping experience is scheduled for 9am to 5pm, and the rain date is set for April 29th.

Expect to find great sales and deals:  food, antiques, collectibles, clothing, you name it!

If you want space for a table or booth, the cost is $65 per table.  (I may try a table with some handouts for consumers -- never know it might be just the thing to put me in front of my next client.)

Checks can be made payable to "Town Talk Special Events"

Mail payment to:

1914 Parker Ave
Holmes, PA  19043

Sounds like a great event Rich, Is this held in a downtown street where they close off the street for the event?  -  sounds like something our small city can benefit from.  If you do try out a table, good luck!

I dont think it is closed off to traffic, but I could be wrong.  There is a Trolley line that goes down that street, so I think it will at least remain open for that.  Like I said, I could be wrong, though.

Here are some pics of State street, and other events that have taken place there:

(This was a different fesival -- notice all the green leaves)  It looks as though the bandstand is over the trolley lines, so maybe they do shut it down...

So how was it?  Did you set up a table?

I would have loved to, but my schedule was already set to sit an open house that day.  The weather was perfect, though, and I am sure the festival was a lot of fun.
