I would offer one video suggestion....take a look at the back ground, the frame over your right shoulder and the plant growing out of you head. Other than that you look marvelous. Good job! Your voice/audio sounds especially good, very natural. Looking up a bit higher for better eye contact would be good. You did it some of the time. I need to work on that one myself!
