"Is this a foreclosure or short sale?" "Is it fully available?" "Is it on a combo?" "Will it go FHA?" "How fast does the bank respond?" "Ok, I'll be showing it later on..." These seem to be the every day questions that I get on my active listings.

Funny enough, these are the same questions I ask the listing agent, when I get the great privilege of working with a buyer.

Isn't it amazing how far we have come in just five years.
