I am proud to announce that I have completed the rigorous 21+ hour training program to become a "Certified Distressed Property Expert" or 'CDPE' What does this mean for you?
While I have had lots of experience working with buyers and sellers of short sale properties, and helped homeowners simply stay in their home by sharing options with them to modify their loans with their lender, I decided it was time to invest more time, money and energy to learn as much about this type of property as I could, so I can help you, and people you know avoid foreclosure.
The CDPE is a designation and qualification I am proud of. I learned a wealth of information about working with banks, loan officers, attorneys, and loss mitigation negotiators to help homeowners that need help with a property in distress. Does the CDPE designation mean I know EVERYTHING about short sales and pre-foreclosure, of course not. What I do know is I consider myself and our team to be experts in this area with the right combination of experience AND training. The CDPE solidified my ability to work confidently with struggling homeowners in our area to make sure they know ALL their options, even if it means they decide not to sell their house.
Over the next few weeks, I will be posting more information about the CDPE designation, and how we can help you or someone you know.
In the meantime, you can help us, by putting us in touch with people who need help with a property, but might not know where to turn. We are passionate about helping others, and passionate about helping our friends and neighbors avoid foreclosure whenever possible.
Thanks for reading! Have a great weekend!
