Lenn, I love the look of Victorian homes. We have a RE/MAX office near us that is modeled with such architecture and it is exquisite. The porches alone are to die for.

Gorgeous properties, Lenn.  My own home, smack in the middle of stucco central, is a Victorian revival.  These are houses with texture.

Gary.  In some of our towns with many old Victorians, the zoning is comercial because of the down town location.  Great place for real estate offices.

Paul.  I love these homes.  Texture indeed, and high ceilings, beautiful staircases and fireplace mantles to die for.

My hubby and I have renovated about 20 homes in Baltimore and have gotten much satisfaction from seeing the old homes made new again. My favorite was a 4 story colonial with wrap porch dated to 1900.

Coco.  Wonderful.  I've done a few too and it's rewarding to revive what would otherwise be distressed property.
