Being that Stephanie and I live in one of the sections - Northern Liberties in Philadlephia - we can certainly attest to the thriving culture. We have great restaurants, coffee shops, artists and galleries and great new construction all around us. Further, the trend has moved north to Old Kensington as well which is one of our favourite investment areas and real estate opportunities in all of Philadelphia.

William - New Jersey has to lower the real estate taxes first I would presume !! Im not sure... we would need to ask Business Week why : )

lol. What a great list. So great to see a pa city make it in the top 10. I need to visit your neck of the neighborhood sometime and perhaps meet you guys personally to see the great work you do first hand. Keep up the great work. It goes to show that you're doing something right in that town.
