Wildwoods is a newly developed community that is set out in the country providing a quiet and luxurious living experience. The first homes in this neighborhood were built in 2005 and although no homes are currently being built, many lots are available. Lots tend to be between 0.3 and 0.5 acres in size, but some are almost 1 full acre.
The homes in Wildwoods are loaded with amenities. Many have 9 to 11' ceilings, custom moldings, fireplaces and hardwood flooring. Kitchens feature custom maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and the higher-end homes have granite countertops. Large bedrooms and baths are predominate. A typical master bath would have a whirlpool tub, separate shower, double vanities, and tile flooring. Since these are newer homes, almost all of them have open floor plans.
This Mt Washington neighborhood features varied architecture, underground utilities, sidewalks, and large open yards. The landscaping of the individual homes consists of well-manicured lawns, young trees, and small ornamental shrubs. The community backs up to large mature trees on undeveloped land. Due to its location, there is very little traffic besides the residents. A community is pool is planned.
Active Home prices range from $250,000-$399,000. While there is a great deal of overlap, the average price is slightly below what you would find in Twelve Oaks. The Wildwoods Home Owners Association has been in place since the end of 2007 and fees are $250 annually. Deed restrictions seem reasonable and will help to preserve the value of homes in the neighborhood.
