MAR Convention: My favorite new Tool! Thank you Miss Mannersmith!

Massachusetts Assn of Realtors at their recent convention had several really great seminars.

Miss Mannersmith - Jodi Smith - was my favorite!

She discussed first impressions (sounds familiar) and
it takes 14 positive impressions to overcome 1 bad impression!

Maybe I should have gone there first and then wrote a marvelous comment like you did.

OK that was fun and I wrote a wonderful thank you to my husband for the huge diamond ring that he gave me for our anniversary. However, there is no ring and no anniversary until May, but I can dream.
