I'm excited to be part of the Active Rain community. I was introduced to the site through the National Association of Realtors. It was amazing to spend my first day on the site and just read all the helpful hints people have for growing their business.
I think that just what I did is what helps the most. Go to all the FREE seminars and lectures your association office offers. It's amazing how much you can learn, or get fired up about, in just a few minutes spent learning more about your profession.
I already have my ePRO designation, however, I took the course about 5 or 6 years ago and as all of you know so much has changed in that time. It was well worth the one and a half hours I spent yesterday. So, if you are struggling to grow your real estate business in this market, I highly recommend spending some of this "slower" time to increase your skills and knowledge so that when the markets do turn around,(and they will) you'll be on the cutting edge of technology.
