Something to Chew On

By
Real Estate Agent with Frank Rubi Real Estate

Later this month my family and I are flying to Tampa Florida to visit my daughter who is in college down there.  I always fly Southwest airlines.  I just found out that 71% of all airline repairs are now done overseas because it's cheaper.  Two problems come to mind.

  • The FAA has a hard time documenting the accuracy and frequency of maintenance and repairs.
  • How hard would it be for terrorist etc. to plant something in one of these planes.

Not trying to scare people but I think some things need to be done in this country period.

Do they have to fly the broken airplanes over there to get the work done?  Hmm..., seems like something isn't clear.
