There is a project that the Campanelli Companies is working on now in Hyde park and Dedham. There is a site with about 37 acres of land with a very large Stop and Shop distribution warehouse on it.
The Campanelli Companies is proposing to annex the land on the Dedham side to Boston and to create 1800 units of housing.
The only catch for Milton residents is that the acesss to the property will be predominantly over 138 down by the 1100 block of Brush Hill Road near Pauls Bridge which spans the Neponset.
I thought it would bring this up here to keep people from Milton aware of what is happening in the area. There was a featured article in the real estate section of The Boston Globe on Sunday, April 8th.
