Mana nice job with your market report. It is always nice to keep the public informed on what is going on in the local market.

Mana--Nice report. Looks like with 54 actives and 12 selling per year, it will take awhile for the homes to be absorbed by the market...Good that few are in the foreclosure/short sale catagory.

Teri, Thank you. Right now most home buyers seem to be interested mainly in REO and short sales, so the rest of the market has slowed down significantly.
