As I mentioned in the accountability article, I do really well at scheduling my mornings and dedicating them to revenue generating tasks, as I like to call them.  After that, my day is pretty well "loose" and I'd like ot change that.  Let's face it, this is a business where you can spend hours or days being busy on things that are not revenue generating or even close to revenue generating activities.

I've heard there are some good time management systems/programs and I'd like osme ideas of what you fine folks are using these days or what's worked for you in the past.
