I think you are absolutely correct. Our market has not stabilized, so we may lose a bit more before we stop sliding.

So, this beautiful home may stay longer on the market than we would like. But we are renting it meanwhile, so it helps the owners, who were transfered to Miami to work, so they had to leave the house. They loved it, but you go where the job is. Especially now.
