Builders may start buying now as prices are low and build when market improves. Good luck.

Pam, It's been awhile since we have seen lot prices that low. However, there are some really great deals happening in raw land theses days. Looks nice, hope you sell it quickly.

Tim, Gita & Ted, These lots are price $20,000 under what they were selling for originally. They are a very good buy and in a great location of Post Falls. We have seen some recent builder activity and investors buying up land right now.

It looks like lot prices have come down quite a bit. How much whas this lot originally?

Tim, thanks for your question. This lot would have been around $70,000 durring our peak.
