Great post. Focus and determination is the main goal. We have to know where we are and where we want to go. Times are tough but it can only get better.

EVA, you give some great advice! It is all a matter of focus; isn't it. We can decide if our glass is half full or half empty; our decision.
Rebecca- It can be a challenge to maintain my state of mind with all the chaos going on around us...and you are on the right track with meditation. Yoga works too! AND having a plan for your day to focus on so you don't get caught up in the "fear" and "not enough discussions" will keep you on your path! And thanks Rebecca!
