Kathleen ~ Excellent point! Since the word "synergy" has been around since 1660 -- it shows the importance of working together for the common goal.

Hi Maureen...with the way things are going economically here in the US, I really believe that working together is what will create the rainbows needed to lift so many up! New ways of selling real estate must be employed in order to gain the edge for the homeowner.

The other day I met with an area Realtor and was astounded that she had no idea 'Home Staging' was an option! She had been in the real estate business over 27 years! Amazing...

Kathleen, great post. Why not bring in experts in their related field in order to accomplish the same goal - SOLD. We are certain to accomplish more working as part of a team.

Hi Michelle! I think that many old-school folks are still waking up to the real estate market and the 'expectations' buyers want to experience when viewing a home. Yes, most buyers are more than particular these days but really, how are you going to get a call to view a house if it looks pretty blah in the photos? What if the house is even more blah in person? Hire a stager with every team and You said it correct--Stagers want the same goal=SOLD! Regards-Kathleen G
