One Pre-Auction Home Under Contract, Two to Go-York South Carolina

In a previous blog, I talked about three homes built by Shea that were going to be auctioned.

I was unsure of having them auctioned off or not but it doesn't look like we will get that far.

One of the three homes are under contract.

The two others have offers submitted but have not been negotiated yet.
