Is it true that a builder Ironwood Mr Todd Roath along with Exit Realty now MetroBroker more than 30,000.00 on a deal that did not go right. I understand this couple the both of them are disabled and tried everything they could to make the deal go through. But between Regina Batestia Patsy Caver and Todd Roath change the agreement in mid stream first agreeing to stipulations and all along had no intentions but to steal this money from them... Is this the kind of builders and realtors in this subdivision work. I was looking to buy but once I heard this story you can bet I will not now. I will also do my best to spread the work on Jordon Crossing deals.

It bothers me to hear this kind of thing.  I had no knowledge of this occurrence within Jordan's Crossing.  I am not affiliated with Patsy Carver's real estate firm, nor the aforementioned builder (or any other builder within this community).  My listing agreement was with an individual who previously purchased the home from a builder years ago.  Also, there are numerous builders who have built homes within this community, they were not all built by the same builder/company.  While I can understand your hesitation to buy within this community due to the circumstances you mentioned, please know that there are numerous homes within this community that were built by and are listed by professionals other than the ones mentioned herein.  I wouldn't rule out this amazing mountain community altogether... I would recommend that you find an amazing/experienced buyers agent to negotiate and act in your best interest regardless of where you decide to purchase a home.
