This home is located in a trendy little neighborhood in Atlanta that has a lot of renovation going on -- I just LOVED staging this investors little bungalow vacant.   Just for reference-- living room, dining room, kitchen, one full bath, and 3 bedrooms (one displayed as an office).  Enjoy -- here's some of the finished results . . . just too cute; don't ya' think?

And, here's the best -- don't ya' just love a great jigsaw puzzle?

Karen- It looks great! How in the world did you do the jigsaw? Did you have it in a mat first? Great idea, by the way!  :)

Karen -- What a cute bungalow, made all the more appealing with your staging.  I too want to know how you got that jigsaw set up -- it would have taken me all day just to do that alone!  I like the fun art in the dining room -- looks like a quaint French street scene.  The exterior has great curb appeal too!

Hi Wendy!  OH > > > EASY > > > WAITING FOR THE FURNITURE DELIVERY TRUCK . . .  BEST STAGING ADVICE I CAN GIVE; KEEP HANDY A JIGSAW PUZZLE OR A GOOD BOOK; THAT APPLIES TO STAGING AND WAITING FOR THE TRUCK AND ALSO WAITING FOR PICK UP WHEN DESTAGING!! LOL

On a more serious note . . . Glad you liked!  We have a few puzzles and games in inventory -- regarding the puzzles; we do them (as a family) at home (takes forever) then I break them into quarters and neatly pack them back in the box and save for staging sunrooms, spare rooms, game rooms, or in this case, an oversized office. SWEET, huh?

But Again . . . waiting for trucks drives me NUTS!

Hello there Maureen -- yes, ck out my response to Wendy -- it is easy really, if you just pack it up neatly.

the funny thing is that today I stopped by to check on things and noticed that more of it was complete!

Bored agent at an open house?

or a worker on lunch hour; go figure!

and too fun; who cares?  Just love spreading the delight!

Karen, How cute! I love the puzzle. Maybe I can get my 15 year old son to sit down with me this winter and help me with some puzzles? Great way to incorporate family time and business!

Hi Donna --Thx -- glad you like it.  I have this and chess along with checkers -- LIFE and Monopoly and the ultimate space taker "TWISTER"  in inventory!

TWISTER works great on the floor of a game room when you are missing a pool table or ping pong table -- and then throw down a hoola hoop!  It makes smiles!

We have an area of Houston that is famous for it's bunalows called "The Height", they are so adorable, and have so much character.  The only problems is they are sooo small!

Hi Cindy -- don't know that this is comparable to the area you speak of.  This is more than large enough for a couple or starter family for sure!  Lot's of of older couples as well as kids in the neightborhood.

Yes just too cute.  And, with the Greening of America, lots of people are finding they can live in smaller spaces and are making the move that direction.  Your neighborhoods that suit that profile will be just the place for those people.  Adorable and good staging.

Thx, Terrylynn!  There is a lot of downsizing going on!  And, I love seeing these older homes being re-vitalized verses being mowed down.

Karenyour enthusiasm is so evident in all your posts, I would bet all your clients want to take you w/ them when they move on! Love the different textures you used in the living room. Another job well done as usual.

Love the house - it's charming Karen D. May I ask? Is the furniture rental or yours? If rented is it Charter or BFR? I've just recently been looking at Charter and although they are limited by style, the prices are very reasonable.

Hello, Karen O.! -- it's a mix -- the game table (from Ikea) w/ the puzzle and stools are mine and the wicker/rattan (3) stool tables acting as a cocktail table are mine, as well as the short rattan storage chest in the 1st bedroom.   If I can lift, haul, and carry it I inventory it.  The rest is from a local rental company that I prefer to use verses BFR and Cort.  Not familiar with Charter.  Hope that helps.

Karen, love what you did in the bungalow!  Great curb appeal and I really like the dark hardwood floors too.  Your puzzle idea is too cute - I have used games, but not puzzles.  I think it is funny how someone has been putting it together for you.  Thanks for sharing

Very cute Karen!  I too love the 3 stools and expecially the Twister idea!  Isn't there some type of adhesive for puzzle pieces?
