Fannie Mae: Plain Vanilla or Chocolate Sundae?

Market Update: Things are not looking great post Bill passage. I have a funny feeling in the pit of my stomach.

VIX: Not yet open. Closed Friday at 45.14, and speculate we will see 50+ today.

The Ted Spread: 3.89 this morning, up from Friday (higher is not better)

Overseas stock markets are down fairly large, and S&P futures are down large.

Mmmmm......I love chocolate. But I also love my money! Hopefully, I will keep it all.

The bill was a bandaid on a huge wound... It will NOT do what was intended and I suspect that Congress will be trying to pass ANOTHER emergency bailout bill in 6 months or less... Mark my words!

Hang on! Its going to be a wild ride for sure!

Well we all know Wall Street rises on the rumor and falls on the fact. The bailout ,even though we were allowed to believe this, is not going to fix things. What it will do , hopfully is keep the credit markets going and ease the fall. But the fall is here .
