September sales for Lake Mary are encouraging along with the pipeline of homes under contract staying strong. We are hoping to see this trend continue through the end of the year even though November and December are historically two of the slowest months (in number of closings) of the year.
Lake Mary is home to some of the most exclusive communities in Central Florida. The guard gated neighborhood of Heathrow is the top choice of many Lake Mary home buyers. Heathrow home choices include condominiums, townhomes, villas, single family homes and luxury estates. Heathrow is also home to the private, member's only Heathrow Country Club with members that include PGA professionals currently on tour.
