There is no doubt that we are a nation of "do it yourselfers" DIYers but in this day and age is selling For Sale By Owner the best way to sell a home? We know most buyers start their search on the internet before contacting a Realtor so isn't maximum exposure vital in today's dynamic Real Estate market? Would any FSBO ask the doctor for the DIY surgery kit? NO...they would pay for the best care that money can buy. So why do so many FSBO's attempt to sell without hiring a Professional Realtor?
