First, congratulations. Welcome to Active Rain. Heather made a terrific introduction.

I think that when you post listings, you may want to research the Groups, and find some which are more into Localism. I think it does not make much sense to post it to Realtor group, but this is my personal opinion. The most value here is in posting it to Localism, as that is how the customers see that. By the way, you can post to 5 groups, and if you add a few groups later, you can still go to you post, click edit and add ot change groups.
