There is a great new piece of real estate in Tn. that I am handling for the developer. It is 265 acres of the most gorgeous land all bounded by the Hiwassee River. It is between Chattanooga and Knoxville.
We are developing it to be an equine community with riding trails, stables and an arena. It is in the beginning stages, but, there is power and potable water there now. Most of it is level to gently rolling, some cleared, some wooded.
The developer has given me permission to invite any groups that want to use the land for training or shows. It would make a great place to train field work. The river is very gentle there, but, goes from shallow to quite deep in the middle. The pastureland would make a great area for agility or obedience or actually any other training mode or outdoor show for dogs or horses. The only requirement will be that if it is a show and the public is invited the group must place a bond or insurance policy for the day to protect the owners exposure to liability.
Very soon we will be putting in some temporary RV sites to accomodate guests coming to see the land to purchase so it is conceivable that you might have access to an RV hookup. We are extremely excited about this project and about the generosity of the owners (who LOVE dogs).
