Maybe its just me, but the more I discover about real estate on the internet, the more I realize how important it is to explore what's out there.  For agents less familiar with what the internet can offer to our business, I try to compare it to the town you live in.  If you sit at home, never get out and never talk to anyone, its not that great of place.  But if you head out and talk to you neighbors, join some community clubs and engage in some local activities, chances are you're going to form relationships that make a place you home.  So don't sit in front of the computer all day, because you'll hate you town, but by checking out some of these incredible websites, forums and discussions, I'm sure it will benefit you one way or the other. 

This is my first blog on Active Rain and I have a ways to go, but I'm impressed what I see so far.  I can't wait to engage in the community.
