Last Saturday I got to say thank you to Keith for something that I wish I had done, but at the time didn't do, but I did have the chance. You see Keith Woltersdorf is a true American and he did his service to our country by serving in the United States Navy for the past 22 years. Today I was invited to his retirement.

Keith joined the Navy in 1986 when I was still in High School. He proudly served in the navy for the past 22 years. Those 22 years meant many sacrifices including missing the birth of his second child and not getting to meet her until she was five months old.

At his retirement speech he thanked his wife for having the strength to be a single mom for those five months and he realized that without her, he couldn't have done it. So, I would personally like to thank Keith and his family for the sacrifices they have made to keep us here in the United States safe and free.

People like Keith are why I am proud to be an American and I am even prouder to have him as my brother-in-law.

Thank you Keith!

Hello, Kieth is one of the greatest individuals out there, I know, because he is my cousin.  He has done great things overseas (and here for that matter) for this country.  I love him, and am glad and honored to have hi as a close relative

Judy - You are exactly right and I hope we never lose the freedoms some of these great men and woman gave their lives for.

Missy - Thank your sons for me as well, they make me proud to be an American!

Fran - I'll make sure he realizes that he married in to good stock - lol

Elizabeth - I will forward your message to him.

Debbie - I knew how hard it was for my sister and I would like to thank her also for her sacrifice that she did for this country while her husband was away. I know it couldn't have been easy giving birth and raising that baby for six months without Keith around.

Josiah - Than I guess we can say we are family and glad to have you aboard! You are so right about Keith and we are so glad to have him part of our family.
