Dick Morris - the truth about Obama and Ayres!

The Obama campaign is trying to run away from bill Ayres as fast as possible, but with new documents just released, that seems like a mission with only one possible conclusion - failure!

Dick Morris - a Clinton adviser amongst other things, discusses the potential fall out. It's a seven minute video, but it's worth the watch.

Since my original posting, I went to CNN and found this from Anderson Cooper. Those who don't trust Dick Morris surely will not even begin to say the same things about Anderson?

I watched this last night. It's hard to run away from the fact that Obama was chosen to distribute millions of dollars each year for this radical. Why would Ayers pick Obama to further his radical agenda?

I watched this last night as well. Kind of creepy! I hope the USA see's now what type of person he really is!

This hit job will not work...the RNC tried this during the summer, spending $10M on it. People want to talk about issues, not about Ayers. If you want to talk about associations, we can talk about the Keating 5, and the right wing radical group that was part of the Iran Contra Affair that McCain was part of. I am a partisan, but I do not think there is anything there for either one. Can we please stick to the economy? That is what people really want to talk about.

I was waiting for the attacks to start and so I went to CNN (otherwise known as the Clinton News Network) and Anderson Cooper - one of the few journalists I trust. This is what they had to say about the subject and why I added to the original blog.

This second video just confirms what Dick Morris said in the first video!

Amazing......I don't know why people don't distance themselves from Obama with this info.

Actually the best bit of both videos is when Obama's spokesperson, Anita Dunn, is talking. She literally cannot keep her eyes open. Now unless someone wishes to show me that this woman has a medical condition, then we all know that this is THE classic body language "tell" of someone lying. And considering just how closed her eyes are, then she is telling HUGE ones!

People who support Obama have a dream of what they think he CAN be. I would like for once to hear JUST ONE THING, one example of ANYTHING, ANYTHING Obama has ever done or accomplished in his life.

Clearly, they don't have a clue as to what he really is or what he stands for, otherwise, they would not be so foolish or unenlightened as to support a man who has no record of actually running anything or having done anything requiring any exercise of judgement. Do we really want a President whose wife CANNOT BE SEEN on the campaign trail because her very appearance is a constant reminder of the Obamas' cynical and anti-American views? How sad is it that the potential First Lady is nowhere to be found because she is an impediment to his campaign? What on earth does that say?

Ayers is the tip of the anti-American iceberg; let's move on to Odinga, Rezko, Rev. Wright, Michael Pfleger and others, all of whose anti-America bias is on display for all to see. Don't like it here? Then PICK ANOTHER COUNTRY. And just GO.

Are people so stupid as to really trust this man to lead this country?

Very well stated Susan - and talking of Rezko - I am blogging right now on him. Watch this space. It will be up by the end of the day.

I am constantly amazed by people like Jake above who insist on talking about 'the issues'. This IS an issue, people. Obama has no record to speak of so the issue of his personal integrity and background are central to his cause - he has no other tender to spend. He relies on his oratory but even that leaves much to be desired, as indicated by his numerous gaffe spots on YouTube. People are willing to buy this pig in a poke for the sole reason that he's not George Bush. If the Democrats can forestall their implosion another 30 days and get Obama elected, you will see a party meltdown bigger than the Republicans ever managed, which will mopen the doors wide for a massive Republican resurgence in the mid-terms. (Assuming the Republicans can re-focus on their ideals and agenda - although that's not a sure bet either.) Both parties need a serious bitch-slap right now from the American people.

I could not agree more with Gene...you are absolutely on target. And further, if BO supporters want to talk about issues, let's talk about ACORN and Obama's involvement with an organization which essentially shook down financial institutions in order to GET those "community commitment" loans on the books in the first place. Let's talk about issues...let's talk about Barney Frank's involvement with a Fannie Mae official and his so-called "oversight" of financial institutions. Let's talk about the Democrats who argued VEHEMENTLY in 2004 against increasing oversight of Fannie and Freddie, saying they didn't need any oversight...yeah, they didn't want anyone poking around there, finding out what kind of a mess existed in Franklin Raines' little kingdom. Oh, yeah, where is Franklin Raines today? How about former Fannie Mae CEO Jim Johnson - who is he advising?

Let's talk about BO's being the recipient of the 2nd largest amount of largesse from Fannie and Freddie, despite his relatively short period of time in the Senate. I would WELCOME a frank discussion of the issues with BO supporters, but that is not going to happen. WHY? Because they have NOTHING.

They have a candidate who is a dangerous Marxist who despises this country and seeks to redistribute the wealth, although as with all ruling elite, they don't realize he really isn't going to distribute enough of it to change THEIR lives. These folks need to study some history and get a grip. His supporters are useful idiots and while I FEAR an Obama presidency, a little part of me RELISHES the idea of their reaction should they wake up one day and realize just who they have put in office and what they have unleashed on this country. At least the ensuing backlash would ensure it won't happen again in our lifetime, presuming the republic survives a BO presidency.

I can't believe the stupidity of the far right republicans...talk about scarey...you all are scarey. Bye Bye McCain/Palin...the reason your behind in the polls is because people do not actually believe the junk on this blog..it's not working and your done...How could you vote for a man that lies so much and has woman that doesn't know what she is saying as his running mate..leave our country in their hands...not!

Simon - I blogged about Ayers yesterday because I believe it is extremely relevent to this election. It speaks of his judgement and influences that have shaped his views, which he is trying very hard to hide from the American people. First he claims he was just a guy in the neighborhood - LIE - now he is claiming he had no idea he was a terrorist - another LIE. Here is a great video - was going to post it, but they (weather underground) swear in it. You will find it valuable, I'm sure. Ayers wife is also a member and her and Michelle Obama worked together as well.

Hi Simon, I believe the "fallout" will be if we elect another Republican for the presidency, especially an "old-timer" with very similar philosophies to Bush.... I believe most Americans are finally realizing this....

I feel this association is important! One shady character in your past is to be expected. We all know someone. Two is getting weird, but still acceptable, we all know someone who knows someone. But when it gets to three, four & five, no way...you have a habit of hanging with the wrong crowd and you should be held accountable!! This is important to the American people because Not only is he tied to 1) William Ayers (terrorist who served time for several bombings & who said 9-11 wasn't enough),that he said he met while only 8 yrs. old. What about the fund raisers for his campaigns at 30 & 40 yrs. old??? 2) Jerimiah Wright (who if you google will see some disturbing "live" sermons with anti-American and anti-Semitic remarks that Obama said he NEVER heard while worshiping there 20 yrs...give me a break), 3) Acorn (who is under investigation for frauduliant voter registration), or 4) Khalid al-Mansour (who was a mentor to the Black Panthers and said whatever you do to Americans, they deserve it & God wants you to do it whether it be cut off their ears, God approves) & last but not least 5) Rev. Phlager. Tell me this isn't disturbing? Obama says he has no relation with these people. There are simply to many "characters" that keep creeping up for him to NOT have a relationship with them!

That is the problem with liberals, they get more angry at McCAIN'S RELATIONSHIP WITH BUSH, THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES...

Then Barak Obama and his relationship with Bill Ayers, a known American terrorist, WHO BOMBED THE PENTAGON AND THE CAPITAL? And said he did not do enought!

Birds of a feather flock together! It amazes me how the BO supporters all say they want to talk about the issues. The Ayers issue and many others even work like Farakan or however you spell his name are a real issue. It is about who is behind the scenes. This is not a democrat vs republican anymore; this is about socialism versus our freedom. The comments here about how bad conservatives are- hmmm, I guess as long as you think their left wing marxist way, you are good and everyone else is bad.

The hiding of who you hang with is a big deal, it is an issue, what is he trying to hide?

This is a man who is a puppet for Ayers and all the radical left Chavez supporters. It is scary and if he wins than maybe everyone of those people who voted for him will wake up realizing they have been mandated as to what kind of car they can drive, how low they can run their thermostats, and how much their tires have to be inflated.

Then he came out and said he is going to mandate that EVERY PARENT BY LAW will have to buy health insurance for their children! Where is our freedom? What if you don't use medical doctors and their stupid health plans don't cover chiropractors and homeopathic doctors? We are now going to be dictated to about even that! What if you have a savings plan for medical situations? What if you don't want to!

Ayers taught him and funded his community organizing and you have to be a real naive and ignorant person who has never read or studied a history book not to realize the implications of this issue. It is what goes on behind the scenes, they are ordering the brown shirts and red arm bands!

I am waiting for the mandate that all homes have to have the photo of our comrade leader up on our walls.

They will wake up realizing that Marxism is not freedom one day and the hopefully we can salvage our constitution and country and allow free markets to perform and capitalism to be welcomed back because it works. Marxism is a failed experiment as so many countries have proved. Katerina

Dick Morris always provides the voice of cynicism.

So why not turn to other news resource, in this case, CNN's Drew Griffin and Kathleen Johnston who write that "the relationship between Obama and Ayers went deeper, ran longer and was more political than Obama -- and his surrogates -- have revealed, documents and interviews show."

Ayers is hardly just someone who lives in his neighborhood....

Well, it owuld have to be "deeper, ran longer and was more opoilitical than Obama...ha[s] revealed". He's revealed NOTHING and people like the above are willing to accept this.

Great article but the people are running on fear and making decisions based on fear and ignorance..because the press is hiding the truth from Americans..Check out my blog on Obama the pied piper this mortgage crisis all started with Clinton Administration which is being hidden from Americans so they sadly see running to Obama the safe choice..Now we watch us go from the frying pan into the fire...

Ann Marie said an "old-timer". Ann Marie, you wasn't watching Obama during the debate where you? Next time watch him closely as John McCain speaks. Obama listens and is trying to learn all that he can from this man. Obama simply repeats speaches. McCain tells a detailed, passionate story and like him or not his experience is the best teacher. Like many of us, Obama's teacher was his pastor, which is great, except mine doesn't stand in the pulpit and screem, anti-American insults..does yours? You have the right to speak your mind as loud & proud as you wish and believe in who you think will be the best man for the job because other "old timers" out there fought for that freedom. I think you need to look beyond the Republican/Democrat glasses and see the men behind. God Bless John McCain for all he's done up to this point and God bless Obama that he'll realize one day what those known associations have cost him.
