If you are looking for a condo in Quincy, I just found 12 Condos under 250K with a condo fee of less than $200/mo
A client of mine just asked me to conduct a search of condos that were under $250,000 and with a condo fee of less than $200/month in Quincy. I conducted the search and was happily surprised to find 12 units. The most expensive unit was priced @ $244,900 The condo fee on that particular unit was $137/month. If you were to pay full price, and get a loan @ 7% (which is higher than the going rate) . Your monthly mortgage, condo fee and taxes would like the following:

In this mortgage scenario, you would be typically paying $1,428.58 in mortgage interest. When you file your tax return, you will get tax credits for the mortgage interest you pay. This is why home ownership has a great tax benefit.
